Your right to withdraw

You may withdraw from a contract concluded on this website without giving a reason within 14 days. The period runs from the day you, or a person you name other than the carrier, take over the goods; if one order arrives in several parcels, from the day you take over the last of them. For services and digital content it runs from the day the contract is concluded.

How to withdraw

De eenvoudigste manier is via de knop "Hier kunt u zich terugtrekken uit het contract". U vindt deze in de footer van deze website en in elke orderbevestigingsmail. Zodra u de annulering heeft verzonden, sturen wij u een bevestiging per e-mail.

U kunt zich ook terugtrekken door middel van een duidelijke verklaring die u ons per e-mail of post stuurt, bijvoorbeeld met behulp van het onderstaande modelformulier. De termijn is nageleefd als u de kennisgeving vóór de laatste dag van de termijn verstuurt.

Returning the goods

Send the goods back within 14 days of withdrawing; we will tell you the address. You bear the cost of returning the goods.

Refunds

We refund every payment, including delivery up to the cheapest option we offer, within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal, the same way you paid. We may withhold the refund until the goods arrive or until you show us they are on their way.

Diminished value

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

When you cannot withdraw

You cannot withdraw, for example, from goods made to your specification, goods that spoil quickly, sealed goods unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons, catering and leisure services on a fixed date, and digital content you expressly agreed to receive at once. For such products we tell you so at checkout, before you order.
